POSTAL DELIVERY
While the current coronavirus restrictions are in place we are routinely mailing orders to UK addresses only. Please contact us if you wish to place an order from outside the UK. We may be able to make one-off arrangements.
We aim to post your items within a few days of receiving your order. However, we are 100% volunteer run, so please bear with us if it takes a little longer for your items to reach you!
You will receive an email notification once your items are on their way. If there will be a significant delay, we'll be in touch to let you know.
Framed and mounted prints are sent to you directly from our framers.
COLLECT FROM PORTER'S LODGE
Current students and staff of Downing College can select to collect their items from the Porter's Lodge free of charge. We aim to make your items available to pick up within a few days of receiving your order.
You will receive an email notification once your items are available for collection.
